The rooms are equipped with modern audio-visual systems, and the "Firenze," "Siena," and "Lucca" rooms have been recently renovated, featuring flooring suitable even for sports competitions. The technological equipment includes 5,000 ANSI lumen projectors, 65-inch 4K screens, and high-end audio systems. Most rooms enjoy natural light, and comfortable seating ensures maximum convenience for all attendees.

Hotel Tuscany Inn also offers a dedicated Wi-Fi connection with customizable exclusive bandwidth, ideal for events requiring live streaming and web conferencing. The rooms can be arranged in various configurations, such as theater-style, classroom-style, with exhibition stands, or set up for cocktails and gala dinners, offering great organizational flexibility.

In addition to the meeting rooms, the hotel has 93 modern and comfortable rooms, as well as an on-site restaurant with a panoramic terrace, offering both Italian and international dishes. Coffee breaks can be organized in the restaurant or directly in the meeting room, with coffee stands or full service included.
